California Games - NES

California Games is a sports game for the Nintendo Entertainment System built around a collection of arcade-style West Coast events. The game centers on risk-and-score challenges where wipeouts, tricks, and event trophies drive the competition.

• Cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to play. Authentic cartridge.
• Features six events: BMX Bike Racing, Surfing, Rollerskating, Flying Disk, Foot Bag, and Half Pipe Skateboarding.
• Players choose a sponsor before competing across individual events and the overall competition.
• Surfing focuses on riding the wave face, while BMX Bike Racing includes wheelies and 360-degree tricks.
• Half Pipe Skateboarding challenges players to launch aerial turns off the lip of the ramp.

California Games comes from Epyx’s multi-event sports series, adapted here for NES with a lineup focused on surfing, skating, BMX, and other beach-culture competitions.
